I’ll be continuing this research as I come across more sources. In the mean time, I did post a few resources that I found relevant to the topic below the article. As far as medical studies, I too am on the hunt for some more data. As a designer it’s against our core practices to completely disregard an entire group of potential users. I’d love to see advancement in this area and see improvements in equality and safety.
