One: Make a list of everything you’ve accomplished from 2010–2019

I think that it’s important you do this task first. We are so used to living in a world of “I wish”, harsh criticism and desire for more. Wanting to be more is not a bad thing, but it’s important we look back on the things we already have accomplished to keep our balance and our confidence in check. After all, there are so many good things you do, big and small, that you accomplish every day.

This may be tricky for you to think about, since we are normally more focused on our failures.

Stay balanced and don’t give up on the list. No matter how you feel about the last decade, there are accomplishing things every day. Don’t be afraid to get granular and stress the details…
